    About the Role

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Organic Pastry Baker to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who values quality, creativity, and working with intention.

    Schedule & Location

    Part time, Tuesday – Friday (specific schedule to be discussed)

    Onsite in Beverly, MA

    What You’ll Do

    • Prepare and bake a variety of organic pastries, including muffins, scones, cookies, bars, cakes, and more

    • Follow recipes and baking techniques and procedures precisely to maintain the integrity, quality, and consistency of our pastries

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment

    • Assist with ingredient prep, inventory management, and restocking

    • Collaborate with team to support seasonal menu development; bring your creative energy to our evolving, nourishing offerings

    • Adapt to the needs of a small, fast-paced bakery environment with a positive and flexible mindset

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of professional baking experience strongly preferred; however, we welcome novice bakers who are eager to learn

    • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

    • Enthusiastic about learning and refining your baking skills

    • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team

    • Strong time management and multitasking skills

    • A love for organic, sustainable food and working in a purpose-driven environment

    Experience is preferred; however, if you have the desire to listen, learn, and follow your heart, then we can teach you anything! Incorporating an organic lifestyle into your work as a baker will not only align with our bakery’s culture but it will enhance your ability to create unique organic pastries.     About the Role

    We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting both our internal systems and customer-facing processes.

    Schedule & Location

    Tuesday – Friday, approximately 20–30 hours/week

    Onsite in Beverly, MA, with some flexibility for remote work

    What You’ll Do

    As our Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations and a trusted partner to Pure Pastry founder, Kim Gregory. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Administrative Coordination: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, phone and email communication, order processing, and internal coordination.

    • Customer Service: Deliver above-and-beyond service to our customers, wholesale clients, and partners with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

    • Financial & Budget Oversight: Support financial recordkeeping, invoicing, and expenses using QuickBooks and other tools.

    • Office Systems & Efficiency: Help implement and improve systems across the business, from ordering and inventory tracking to our online store and marketing.

    • Problem Solving: Tackle challenges with a can-do attitude, resolve issues as they arise, and bring creative, thoughtful solutions to the table.

    • Dream Building: Support Kim in executing her creative vision and long-term goals — helping bring Pure Pastry’s future to life.

    What We’re Looking For

    You’re the right fit if you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and cares deeply about doing meaningful work with a close-knit team. We’re looking for:

    • A positive attitude and strong work ethic — you show up with intention and integrity.

    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • A self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with others

    • Someone who’s adaptable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

    • Comfort with or willingness to learn QuickBooks and other digital tools

    • Experience in the food industry is a plus, but not required

    • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is helpful, but we’re more interested in your skills, attitude, and passion

    About the Role

    As our Order Fulfillment & Pastry Finisher, you’ll play a key role in preparing and presenting our beautiful baked goods with consistency and care. From icing and decorating to packing and labeling, you’ll ensure that every order is accurate, timely, and artfully finished.

    Part time, Tuesday – Friday (specific schedule to be discussed)

    Onsite in Beverly, MA

    What You’ll Do

    • Assemble and package wholesale and retail orders with accuracy and attention to detail

    • Label and prepare baked goods for farmers’ markets, events, delivery, and pickup

    • Finish pastries with icing, fillings, and decorative touches that reflect Pure Pastry’s quality standards

    • Maintain organized records of orders, inventory, and special requests

    • Monitor finished product inventory and communicate needs to the team

    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous experience in pastry finishing or kitchen operations preferred

    • Strong attention to detail — you take pride in getting it right

    • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen

    • Comfortable standing for extended periods and moving between workstations

    • A team player with a positive attitude and love for beautiful food
